Our website is hosted through Squarespace, which uses the following types of security measures: Web Application Firewall (WAF) technology, secure data centers, and encryption. SSL and HTTPS are encryption technologies that provide security for information as it is being sent digitally.
Your information is stored securely by Squarespace on third party data centers and cloud service providers located in geographically separate areas to protect your information. Squarespace, Inc. applies the Privacy Shield principles under the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks (“Privacy Shield”).
Your Data:
If you have reached out to Jane Schwartz Coaching or provided any personal information through forms on our website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
